Volunteer Application
If you would like to serve on an upcoming mission trip, please complete the online application. You may also print a copy and mail it.
Please submit your application by September 1.
When space is available, we will accept applications after September 1.
A $100.00 deposit should be submitted at time of application and will be credited against your total mission participant donation. Deposits may be paid online or by mailing a check payable to JMUSA. Deposits are transferrable but non-refundable unless the mission is full or cancelled. Please be sure to read our refund policy.
We will notify you when your application is received.
