Volunteer Application
If you would like to serve on an upcoming mission trip, please complete the online application. You may also print a copy and mail it.
The due date to submit an application to for a Mission trip is September 1.
When space is available, we will accept applications after September 1.
A $100.00 deposit is required to process your application which will be credited against your total participant project donation. Deposits may be paid online or by mailing a check payable to JMUSA. Deposits are transferrable but non-refundable unless the mission is full or cancelled. Please be sure to read our refund policy.
We will notify you when your application has been received.
NEXT STEP: SUBMIT THE REQURIED DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.
Please do not make travel arrangements until instructed to do so.
